Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- All original tags and labels must still be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
How to Return
- Email us at info@allirocolondon.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with your return instructions
- Send your item back using a tracked shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Important Notes
- We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
- If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@allirocolondon.com — we will cover all return costs in this case
- Items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for return under the same conditions
