Vacancy: Creative & Content Assistant

Are you a creative self-starter with a passion for fashion and storytelling? We're looking for someone to help bring the Alliro & Co London brand to life — across our website, social media and marketing materials.

What you'll do:

  • Create visual content for our website and Instagram
  • Write product descriptions and editorial copy in line with our brand voice
  • Support the development of email campaigns and seasonal edits
  • Help maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic across all channels

What we're looking for:

  • A strong aesthetic sensibility and genuine passion for quiet luxury fashion
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar design tools
  • Excellent written English with a sharp eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • A portfolio or examples of previous creative work

What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email in our signature concierge tone
  • Handle order updates, returns and post-purchase questions
  • Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights with the team
  • Ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • A calm, solutions-focused attitude
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in fashion or retail
  • Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
