How It Works

At Alliro & Co London, we operate a direct-from-atelier model. This means your piece is prepared by our carefully selected partner atelier and shipped directly to your door. It's how we keep our prices honest — you pay for the craftsmanship, not the warehouse rent or the Mayfair shopfront.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery: 7–10 business days

We know this is slightly longer than a high-street retailer. This is the honest trade-off of our direct model — and one we believe is worth it for the quality and price you receive.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. You will receive your tracking information by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@allirocolondon.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs processing or busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please get in touch and we will investigate immediately.
